Partnering with COPE to support your mental health

AMBA is delighted to announce that we are working with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) to improve the emotional and mental health outcomes for expectant and new multiple birth parents.

During 2021 we launched a joint survey to inform new resources that meet the unique and specific needs of parents in our population. Multiple birth mothers experience rates of clinical anxiety three times higher than among mothers of singletons and rates of depression five times higher. See some of these new resources on the COPE website (there are prenatal and postnatal resources) and sign-up to their Ready to Cope guide.
